Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style:

  1. Submit a return request for the original item
  2. Place a new order once your return is approved

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Returned items must still meet all standard return conditions.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item:
